I wanted to say what a great company you have been to deal with. The blinds are fantastic- we’re so pleased with them. Everybody I have felt with has been very friendly and helpful, from the first telephone call to the chap who measured and the two who came to fit the blinds, who were great!

Dear Mr mayor

I wonder if there is a mayor’s award for businesses and if I could nominate a Bedford firm to receive it. The company is ‘Vision Blinds’ they are a family run company and each and every one of them is special.

Several years ago, they installed roof blinds in my conservatory. Some years later the blinds became corroded. No reason could be found. So they replaced them happily. Now some years later the same thing happened and without any nastiness or even suggestion from me, they offered to replace them yet again. I can hardly believe it.

They are always helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with. This is how all businesses should be run, but alas this is the only one I’ve found in almost 50 years in Bedford.

I do hope all that could be recognised with some award or mayoral commendation.

Just a brief note to say thank you for your kindness yesterday, in allowing me into the workshop & painstakingly explaining how to unclip my conservatory roof blinds for cleaning. Thanks to your expert tips & being able to see the clips on the production line, I am pleased to tell you that I was able to unclip ours & Hoover out the bugs without a hitch. Once I was up the ladder, I did remember how the fitter explained at the time, but either I wasn’t paying enough attention or was distracted by the excellence of your products. The blinds now look new again, without the bugs trapped behind them & thanks for you patience, I have no fear of doing the job again when the need arises. Once more thanks for all your help. Service second to none. We have dozens of your fine blinds in our conservatory, admired by all who visit & I continue to recommend your fine company to anyone who will listen. Many thanks.

The lady in the showroom even bought a blind over to toddington as the fitter didn’t have one .
